The Partners of Waterfield Practice are seeking to cover 6 to 8 sessions a week and are flexible on working days. The surgery is heavily involved in the local PCN. One Partner is the Clinical Director. We are a successful training practice and there would be an opportunity for training opportunities as our list size continues to grow. There is a strong clinical and clerical support team in place at the surgery resulting in a well-managed workload and well organised surgery.

Key Duties:

• Seeking a Salaried role

• Clinical support team including HCAs, Nurse, Clinical Pharmacists
• Strong clerical support staff
• Strong and stable team of Partners and Salaried GPs
• High QOF score
• Good CQC report

Waterfield Practice is a long established highly regarded practice in the Bracknell Berkshire with M3 and M4 access to London and direct trainline to Waterloo. We have some high rating schools also within the area.

About us:

GMS with a list size of 15000 plus patients. We have a friendly supportive multi-disciplinary team consisting of Doctors, Paramedic Practitioner, Practice Nurses, HCAs, Pharmacy Team and MSK Practitioners.

We have a well-run Paramedic Home Visiting Service, set up by our PCN. Well established management and admin team to support clinicians and help reduce the burden of paperwork. Our clinic systems consist of EMIS web, Docman 10 with workflow optimisation and AccuRx.

We are high achieving; consistently obtaining top QOF points and rated ‘Good’ by CQC in 2021.

About you:

We are looking for an Advanced Nurse practitioner to work in our triage and minor illness workstream.

About the vacancy:

The position would be full-time 37.5hpw, although part-time would be considered. 6 weeks annual leave plus 1 week’s study leave per annum pro rata.
