Would you like to be involved in supporting and engaging with Waterfield Practice staff in order to ensure patients of the practice are represented?
Do you have positive ideas or suggestions for improvements or services that would be of benefit to both staff and patients?
If so, we would love you to come and join our Patient Participation Group (PPG).
A Patient Participation Group is a group of volunteer patients, carers and GP practice staff who meet to discuss practice issues and patient experience in order to help improve the service
At Waterfield we usually meet once a month (virtually at this time), to discuss constructive suggestions and to share any concerns that could affect the wider practice population.
So, if you would like your views to be heard and if you want to learn more about how the practice is working to progress and benefit all we would love to hear from you!
To find out more, please contact us using the form linked above, at the email address below, or by phoning the practice where you can leave your details for one of us to call you back.
