East Berkshire’s HealthMakers Pop In Cafés are now available online for wellbeing advice and peer support.

You can now drop-in to virtual meetings, known as Pop In Cafes, to share your health and wellbeing concerns with trained volunteers.

HealthMakers volunteers from their Talking Therapies service are now offering their peer support and wellbeing advice sessions online instead of in-person.

All their volunteers are here to listen and help and have their own experiences of living with health and wellbeing difficulties, so they understand many of the challenges you may be facing.

They offer training, advice and a listening ear to help you learn skills to manage your own health and wellbeing.

Where more specialist support and advice may be needed, they can also help you access other relevant services – such as our NHS Talking Therapies.
